One bar offered every AI feature at once. I emptied its first layer and respecified it as 26 frames in six state families, each with a line an engineer can pass or fail.

Where I've built

Who built it

I set the direction, and I ship it

Nine years on B2B and B2C products. I've led a design team, been the only designer, and worked on systems as often as screens.

Lately, AI-native products: entry points, conversation patterns, streaming and recovery states, and the design system that keeps them coherent. I prototype in code, agree component contracts with engineering, and ship the edge cases.

More about me

Looking for someone who ships the whole thing?

Open to senior, lead and founding design roles, or consulting. Design that ships with engineering, not alongside it. Remote, happy to travel. Tell me what you are building and I will say honestly if I am the right person.
